HILL REPEATS / BIKE HANDLING
RENT ROW ERG OR SKI ERG WITH TRAINING PLAN
Tuesday evenings late spring thru early fall we meet on the north side of St. Charles to do hill repeats. Each session starts out with some bike handling skills for a warm up. Then we ride as a group to a hill where we do 60sec to 3minute hill repeats at various grades. The sessions last 60-90 minutes depending on light and the location of the hill we ride to. (all hills are within 3-4 miles of our meeting location with 2-3 of the hills being right next to our meeting location)
A good bike fit should allow youth feel like you are one with the Bike! We have a few levels of bike fit available ranging from a basic to a more advanced where we will work with you not only in side but outside on a short ride to ensure a good fit!
2 months $160 w/ 16 Workouts or 4 month for $250 w/ 32 workouts
If you are not sure if you want to own a ski erg or rowing erg this is a great option or maybe you just want it in the off season. We will rent you a machine and even give you a workout plan. With these plans you can work either device into a larger plan by doing one of our workouts 1-2x's per week or we even explain how to do 3x's per week.
